If these are the only two choices, obviously choice 1 would be more likely.  That said, if there was a conspiracy the most likely scenario would probably be him being placed in the most dysfunctional, poorly manned jail in the jurisdiction.  Toss in some possible subtle threats against family/friends and...  voila, the most convenient suicide on the Clinton Body Count

Not looking as much as Maxwell being in danger here, but more like the lawyers working through the release of names.  I know I'd be sleeping with one eye open.  Then again, the article discusses names being released in chunks as opposed to all at once (lawyers might be protecting certain interests).  Why do I get the feeling that certain people won't be a part of the initial releases?  Why do I get the feeling that some names will never be released?
