If thereâ€s anyone that would definitely want to stay the hell out of jail itâ€s a jail/prison guard.  So if there was actually some sort of conspiracy these two would be the weak point.  Prosecutors probably figure these two would be the most likely to sing like a bird.  

Things are just now starting to get interesting...  On that note, perhaps these two being lawyered up is the next best thing to them falling on a bar of soap and killing themselves.  i. e. Maybe they both clam up and do a year or two and that will be that.  I guess weâ€ll see.

Just caught a 2 min segment on Hannity.  According to Greg Jarret and Dan Bongino, Barr examined the 8 hour window of video tape where Epstein passed.  The news is that not one soul entered his cell nor even the level he was on.  Now of course that's assuming no one doctored the video tape, but that's getting into 80s level TV conspiracy drama so I'll just leave that up to others to decide.  

Again, video tape reportedly shows nada.

She also canceled his birthday party. Gates has been staying out of sight for obvious reasons. Clinton has been awfully quiet the last 4 months.

Now they are victims.

If someone is offering me drugs at 16 and I decide to hang out with those types ( my choice ) for a few years (and having fun) and then later get in trouble or get hooked , is it someone elders fault for the decisions I made?

This is largely my take too. I believe they [the girls] now regret what they did. Regardless of their willingness, the act is still a crime in the U.S. especially if pics and/or video were sent to other people. The federal statute defines underage (for sex crimes) as anyone who is 17yrs, 364days or younger.

I believe that federal statute was OSU's main concern when they terminated John Waters... video was allegedly circulated among alumni via email of a 17yr old female answering the door topless for a pizza delivery.

“I donâ€t know the details of how it was lost or destroyed or why it wasnâ€t retained when it should have been,” Tartaglione lawyer Bruce Barket said in court. “It is on the surface troubling. Iâ€ll reserve judgement until Iâ€ve found out more details.”
