Epstein even lived in New Albany for awhile as a Managing Partner of Les and Abagail's New Albany Properties.

During a press conference Wednesday, Alexander Acosta, the secretary of labor and a former federal prosecutor in Miami, repeatedly blamed a former Florida state attorney for mishandling the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire sex offender who has been accused of molesting dozens of underage girls.

“Letting what the state attorney was ready to do go[ing] forward would have been absolutely awful,” Acosta said.... referring to Barry Krischer, a Democrat who served as state attorney in Palm Beach through 2008.

Acosta said his prosecutors intervened in the state case after learning Epstein would be allowed to enter a plea agreement that would keep him out of jail and not require him to register as a sex offender. He said his office faced the difficult decision of either forcing Epstein to accept a guilty plea that would give him some jail time, or “roll the dice” by taking Epstein to trial.

“Simply put, the Palm Beach State Attorneyâ€s office was ready to let Epstein walk free, no jail time, nothing. Prosecutors in my former office found this to be completely unacceptable. And they became involved. Our office became involved,” Acosta said.

You wonder how things like Acosta being the bad guy IMMEDIATELY come out of the chute.  Who plants that info?  Who runs with with it without looking into it?  Answer:  the modern media.

Zoinks.  That said, I guess the only way Les even has to address this is if he is named/implicated in wrong doing.  I mean, it's not a crime to give someone something, but...  yeeeeeeeesh.  Not looking good.  But on the flip side, didn't Epstein donate to OSU on Wexner's behalf?  2+2 = cat in this case.  

If Les is Man 1, I'd love to know who the female celebrities were.  Was Heidi Klum, et al getting down on pleasure island?  Stay tuned.

I used to work indirectly for Wexner, and he owned some swingers club in Columbus that had a giant purple schlong on the wall. Not at all surprised that he is mixed up in this. Weird dude.

Jeffrey Epstein Found Injured in NYC Jail Cell After Possible Suicide Attempt: Sources



Accused pedophile and wealthy Manhattan financier Jeffrey Epstein was found injured and in a fetal position inside his cell at a New York City jail, according to sources close to the investigation.
Epstein, who is being held in Metropolitan Correctional Center during his trial for conspiracy and sex trafficking, was found semi-conscious with marks on his neck, two sources told News 4. Investigators are trying to piece together exactly what happened, saying details remain murky.
Two sources tell News 4 that Epstein may have tried to hang himself, while a third source cautioned that the injuries were not serious and questioned if Epstein might be using it as a way to get a transfer.
A fourth source said an assault has not been ruled out, and that another inmate was questioned. The inmate who investigators have talked to in Lower Manhattan facility has been identified as Nicholas Tartaglione, according to two sources. Tartaglione is a former police officer in Westchester County who was arrested in December 2016 and accused of killing four men in an alleged cocaine distribution conspiracy, then burying their bodies in his yard in Otisville in Orange County, according to court records.

I wonder if there are degrees of pedos in jail.  Like do they differentiate between a 16 year old girl and an 8 year old boy?  One would think the latter would bring in the major beat-down, whereas a guy could, in some cases anyway, claim ignorance on a 16 year old girl.
