Let us hope. But the way I read it that isn't necessarily true. It seems to get rid of a provision that applied only to nonviolent offenders previously and now applies to everyone. The liberals hate the 94 crime bill. I don't agree with Trump on this bill at all. I'd go for even tougher sentencing.
