I've listened to Walsh's nightly radio show.  He's mentally ill and a nut job.  I would imagine he has lost most of his audience by now along with Tea Party support with his insane bashing of Trump.

Does he not realize that Tea Party people flocked to Trump?

These ideological purity tests don't work anymore.  Most of the nation has come to grips with govt involvement in virtually everything.  Until they've reached their breaking point, this is our reality.  Rand Paul can't win a general election....  TODAY.  Maybe in 8, 12, 16 years, but not today.

How would someone like Rand Paul win a national election in the future after the demographics go down hill even more when he couldn't win one 10 years ago?  By 2024, with Texas, Florida and maybe even Georgia gone, no GOP candidate will be able to win the White House.

When the govt bankrupts the nation and the dollar becomes worthless/major inflation people will be fed up with the govt.  Their racial make up won't matter.   We had this on a smaller scale in 1980.  It's how Reagan got elected.  Things go in cycles.

Now on the racial/demographic front, the Dem party is chasing whites away.  People in the midwest are figuring this out.  When it goes nationwide I think there's a *chance* you will be in for a surprise.

Texas isn't going blue by 2024 (I hope).  The Cruz senate campaign as an example didn't factor in a lot of things.  One being the motivation of the left being higher than that on the right.  The left HATES and DESPISES Trump and anyone even remotely associated with him.  They had their base jacked up to go out and vote against Cruz.  People on the right (the party in power) in an off-year election tend to be more meh about stuff.

Texas is also more stringent about voting whereas states like California are a joke.

All is not lost...  YET.

Reagan got elected when we had an 80% white population.  That is now 60% and dropping by the second. He won 49 states on his reelection.  If we had demographics like that today, Trump would also win a 49 state reelection.  You gotta figure out brother that as more and more states turn blue due to race demographics, and that will include Texas and Florida, GOP candidates will have zero chance to win.  Look at California now.  Do you actually think the socialist oriented Hispanics there are going to turn conservative?  Here is what is going to happen.  As things begin to deteriorate, which they eventual will, the Democrat base, which is going to control elections, is going to turn to full blown socialism, not more freedom.

Think about that though.  Reagan won 49 states.  That's unheard of.  That was unheard of then too.  Why did he win 49 states?  Because people had had it with the big gov model.  The nation was mostly white in the 1930s and we elected FDR king.  Circumstances drove that sea change, not race.

No, Nixon won 49 states too.  The future is clear from the present.  Blacks vote 90% Democrat, Hispanics vote 70% Democrat, Asians vote 70% Democrat.  The only race that votes for the GOP is whites.  That is not going to change.  Race deniers at this point, when we see what has happened in California, NY, and soon Texas, are flat earthers.    The future belongs to AOC and her ilk, not Rand Paul.

Half of whites vote Dem,  That is changing as the Dem party is chasing them away.  That's how Trump won.  I mean it's almost to the point now where if you are white and are voting Dem they should check your mental health.  The left is Balkanizing the nation into racial/political groups.  When whites begin to overwhelmingly vote for the GOP that will offset a lot of non white Dem votes.

This is a dynamic world, not a static won.   All is not lost...  YET.

Forgot about Nixon getting 49.  Anyway, the Dem party ran a far lefty in McGovern in 72, and we saw the failure of Carter's policies by 80.  Things go in cycles.  Like I said, an overwhelmingly white nation essentially made FDR king in the 30s and early 40s.  Circumstances drove both of those hard left/right swings

Carter became President only because of Watergate.  This is not a cyclical situation.  California, now predominantly Hispanic and completely controlled by the Democrats is not going to wake up some day and see their folly and then go conservative.  Detroit and Baltimore and NYC are not going to say gee we need to vote Republican.  That is not going to happen just as it isn't going to happen in every large city all of which are controlled by Democrats/Leftists thanks to their non-white demographics.  The America you and I grew up in is gone, thanks to demographic changes brought about by insane immigration policies and welfare and it is not coming back.  America will become socialist and most of our rights will be taken away as we become more and more non-white.
