More People Are Leaving NYC Daily Than Any Other U.S. City

I've mentioned before the rather astounding levels of construction happening around me, much of which are apartment buildings.  The ATL tends to over build just before a collapse, which is one reason I'm negative on the economy right now.

The inner city took a decade to "soak up" the residue from 2008 and now has started again building like crazy.

NYC and LA are coastal cities.....gateway cities. No shock that they have large flux. Who can afford to live there for any length of time due to CoL.

I will tell you who lives there.  Mostly third world people who live off the taxpayer along with a small population of very wealthy people.

Regarding retirement, my wife has no desire to leave Ohio due to kids, family.  I have no desire to move to Florida.  But if, IF, I would move anywhere it would be to the SW.  NM or 'Zona.  One positive if I do ever move there is I'll at least have an idea where I could go if I need my prostate checked, yellow toenails clipped, etc...
