American red sauce. Greatest invention ever. With the cap on and bottle upside down smack the top of the bottle hard against your palm a few times. Then uncap and pour at 45 degree angle. You are welcome.

I doubt he saw this response.  He's typing a letter to someone on his typewriter, but had to get up and manually change the channel on his TV before putting a TV dinner in the over.

It's come a long way from the Chinese fish sauce it derived from. I still love it, sugar though it is.
