Whew, browns offense still struggling. Lacking tempo and consistency

Mayfield is scared to throw it and fearful of a  pick so he is holding it way too long.   He looks disoriented and not like he played last year.   WHorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible quaaaaartherback....  They need a kid like shane porter to enter the game...

The offense looked bad for much of the game. Baker was having problems recognizing what the defense was doing.

I mentioned the 'sophomore slump' to my BIL.  It's why I have been posting the Browns might win 2 games. Yes, they will win 2+ games but it will not be anywhere close to the 12-4 burfle I've been reading all over the the web.

Mayfield is not Marino, Montana, Elway, Brady, Manning (yet). He very well could end up in that class but I'd caution those who think playing ISU and Rice equates playing any NFL defense.

Heard the local dudes talking about Gregg Williams and his plan to frustrate Mayfield. I have no idea if it worked because I did not watch the game.

I won't put much into Mayfield's 2019 season. Next year is when he has to deliver.
