Abortion - I agree to a point.  Constitutionally, we have to determine when the thing in a woman's body has rights. affirmative action -  I don't think AA laws are necessarily needed., but I don't really see how this is a Constitutional issue. government controlled school integration - I don't think the government should artificially integrate schools, neighborhoods, etc, but I don't really see how this is a constitutional issue. protected classes - All people should be constitutionally protected 'classes' and, yes, I think a person that is so ignorant that they would infringe on someone else's rights strictly because of their color, race, religion, etc are more dangerous than some other criminals.
