If the Democrats do go to impeachment, I think they shoot themselves big time.  Better to investigate and cast aspersions and hold hearings.

I do not think Obama "will be found" to have been corrupt by many folks out there.

Impeachment is a political process not a legal one...

If we accept that the Constitution is the "Law of the Land", and that it lays out the guidelines for impeachment, I'd call it a legal process, but that is largely semantics. It certainly would be rife with politics in every case. So, the process would be heavily influenced by politics, perhaps I could imagine a situation where it wasn't.

Anything Congress does is political, so this would be included in that, but technically, it's a legal process.
