"I have not yet begun to fight!" This was the immortal retort of Captain John Paul Jones to a request to surrender as he and his crew engaged in a desperate battle with a British frigate off the northern coast of England during the American Revolution.

Do folks here generally think these declassified documents will be pivotal in some sense? Will they reveal nefarious doings by Democrats?
Or will they be equivocal, or lead to "explanations" as to what was really meant and done?

When you say docs I assume you are also referring to emails and texts. Here's where I stand on those. No one was smashing hard drives or cell phones in the FBI like they were for Ma in State (though I think it's been long established that some text messages have been "lost").  Strozk and Page have already been nailed on stuff like that (texts). So yeah, we may find out more bad stuff on that front. On the flip side, who would be dumb enough to put anything nefarious in writing? Then again, "everyone" there assumed Ma was gonna win and that this stuff wouldn't see the light of day, so...
Right now, I doubt we will see more people dumb enough to go the Strozk and Page route, but, BUT I do think we may see some contradictory information regarding time lines, etc...  that would lead a reasonable person to conclude that team Obama was using the govt to spy on Americans of the opposition political party, via human assets and technology. I mean, we are basically already there now. We will also likely be able to figure out leaks to our lovely, unbiased media. I also expect investigators to be able to put together how the dossier was to be put before the court. The plan or scheme probably not written in so many words. Â
I think some people are gonna go down for this, but I doubt it ever gets as high as Lynch.

In my heart, I think for this to go anywhere as far as the full Truth being know, and Justice for people that misused government for political gain.....someone has to fold. Someone has to 'tell all' and create a chain reaction of people telling on each other.
If that doesn't happen, we will just see a bunch of smoke without fire.

We are probably very close to the point now where team O and team Ma are promising to take of people's families, etc... while they dutifully do their time "like a man." Â

There's certainly a lot of smoke. I certainly believe that leftist goons in government engaged in extreme corruption. We'll see what, if anything, comes out.

Don't people want to find out about the CIA and NSA in all this spy stuff? Clapper Brennan and Comey.
How about McCabe communications?
And then provide some info on Lynch and finally the Obama admin and the unmaskings
Sam Powers 270 unmaskings from NSA data.
We WANT to see which citizens were in those unmaskings. Hopefully it's candidate Trump at Trump Tower

I wouldn't be surprised if it ultimately fizzles out and a statement is made that the FBI acted erroneously and incompetently, but nothing criminal.

I think we've already crossed that bridge. This is where the timelines come into play. The spies/"informants" in the Trump campaign and when/why they were inserted. Slipping the dossier past a FISA judge. The unmaskings are gonna be a huge deal IMO. Then of course you have the Hillary email thing. Dead to rights. She broke the law and these people let her skate. The scheme is in black and white. Then there was the obstruction of justice (smashing hard drives, etc...) where they did nothing as well. Â
I admit that I go back and forth on this, regarding the outcome. There's what *should* be done, and then there's what *will* be done. We'll see. I tend to think some people will pay a legal cost. I think Comey and Brennan are about as high up the tree it will go, though I'm not super confident that they will see justice. Again, we'll see.  Â
