OSU has a "nice" opener, a "preseason" game in effect, they should play 2s and 3s after the half exclusively. Fields will get some useful PT.

tOSU looked great for the first 10 minutes of the game. Since that time it was outscored 18-17. My PSU buddies were stunned when tOSU went up 28-0. Then they started getting false confidence by games end. They all predict a PSU win in cbus.

I saw the replays of Fields' TD passes. Those guys were wide open, and he hit them. They won't always be so open of course.
He's a talented player obviously. Zamir White had 5 carries for 51 yards. The crowd really cheered each carry. He's had the two ACL surgeries over the past two years. The Dawgs started Brian Herrien instead of Swift perhaps to give Herrien the start on his resume. He ran well but Swift is, well, swift.

Get ready for the game in Columbus Saturday with UC. They are going to bring it and I think the score will be under 10 points winning margin for the winner and it COULD be UC. It will be a very tough game and for OSU to win they need the O line to perform.

I agree with you. I see the Bucks are favored by 17. I think that's too many.

Bucks finally look like they will throw to the TE. Ruckert is going to be a weapon 6â€5. They also have Vannett and 2 other TEs.
BinVic is a 6â€4. So Fields has some big targets Fields had some great throws. Some wide open but still good throws. Throwing under duress and in a tight window is a different story but Fields passed his first test with flying colors. He Iâ€ll only get better as the season progresses. But if they use the TE in pass plays this will be a good season to watch. Those TEs are mismatches and huge targets and weapons.

I think they will and I think it largely will not work well. I can see UC sticking around at the half and a bit, perhaps OSU leads 21-13 at the half and wins 38-20. I kept saying Fields is a better passer than some think because he was listed as "dual threat" out of HS. He could be a pure pocket passer if he wanted, but he has mobility as well obviously. Folks think a mobile QB can't throw, someone like say Elway.

I don't think OU matches up well with Bama, but we might see for real what happens.
Clemson looks like a lock obviously. The SEC looks like a lock with at least one team. If ND falls out, it comes down to whoever wins the other three conferences of course. Washington MIGHT go 13-0 (12-1 is more probable). The OSU-UM winner might be "in". Clemson Bama-UGA winner OSU-UM winner OU-UT winner in game two.
