Reds didn't have a single starting pitcher last year with an ERA under 4.30.  This year they had 4 of them with their starting core at 2.87, 3.40, and 3.89.  Bell was so bad, so bad.

And front office brought them in and bell won more.  Thanks.

If you Reds fans are happy with the product, that works for me.  I watch the Reds because all their games are on here and I like the broadcasting crew.  If you guys are satisfied being loooooosers, then have at it.

I didn't say Riggleman is managing anywhere and I didn't even say he was the best option for the Reds this year.  I did say or at least strongly imply that retaining Riggleman would have been a better option than hiring Bell and he would have won more games for sure.

He's been apart of many teams and is a young guy as first year manager so your opinion of him is just that.  He won more than Riggleman so there's that so to speak as well.  Reds wanted Bell as well and he interviewed with other clubs, too.  No one hired Price to manage either and I doubt Hurdle or Maddon gets a manager job this winter.   Teams are looking toward younger men.

He took over a team sans Gennett and Schebler and Peraza didn't hit near what they did last year.   Iglesias blew 12 games and lost 4.  Hernandez and Hughes were dismissed or traded and Peralta was let go.   That's a dumpster fire...add Mahle losing 12 games.   HUGE fire and he won more games than Riggleman....who is Riggleman managing right now?   Nowhere because he's washed up.   In fact no team wanted him after Washington let him go and Reds hired him for AAA Louisville he was so good.  LOL

Riggleman wasn't managing when he replaced Price so according to your logic, Price was better.
