Ohio Ban on Down Syndome abortions halted by court of appeals in Cincinnati
#16
Pitch crossed the line here. I don't care for bans but this one was deserved. It was a troll statement and a hateful statement.

Why is it too bad people with Down Syndrome exist?

EDIT: didn't see he was banned.

I didn't say it was bad that people with downs syndrome existed.  Saying "too bad", as YOU know,  is like saying "It's unfortunate".

Comments like this get you banned couple of weeks.  Pathetic.

Well, there are two positions one can take on the topic of God creating people with abnormalities:  you can say it's good or you can say it's bad.  Apparently you believe it's good, you know,  since I was banned for saying it's unfortunate.

Show me where I said it's good.   God made the world and it's full of things that work and things which don't and things which are imperfect.   IF everything was perfect it would not be life, it would be paradise and we'd all live forever.    Life is what it is and some are born with little issues and some are not.   God doesn't decide to make some with imperfections it's just the way it works out.

As i already said, I was banned for saying it's unfortunate that god made humans with the ability to be born with abnormalities like downs syndrome,  so the logical way of thinking is that the opposite, and not ban-worrhy, position is the right position.

Everything that happens is known by god, so he had the option to make humans in a way that downs syndrome, autism, etc weren't an option.

1) You did NOT say it was unfortunate.   You said it's too bad.   I know many who have children with downs and they don't feel it's too bad, they are happy to have the child.  It's not a curse and that's the way you came across with the post.  You are now doubling down even though I gave you somewhat of a break on the ban.
2) You can't show where I said it was good.  It's life and the way it works out.
3) AGAIN, Life is not perfect, it's up to man to build things, make clothes, solve issues, persevere and lastly to die.  That is life on Earth.

Because parents, I'd hope, would wish for their child to be born free of abnormalities so they can live a normal, healthy life.  I wanted my kids to have all their limbs/parts in place, have full use of all senses and be free of mental abnormalities like downs syndrome, autism, homosexuality, etc.

Which has the same meaning as unfortunate for anyone who is being honest.

Given a choice, would you want your child to be born healthy and free of abnormalities?

2) You can't show where I said it was good.  It's life and the way it works out.

I already explained my reasoning. If one side is bad, and therefore warrants being banned, then the other side must be good.

3) AGAIN, Life is not perfect, it's up to man to build things, make clothes, solve issues, persevere and lastly to die.  That is life on Earth.

Life is not perfect because God designed it that way. He could have just as easily design humans so that these abnormalities didn't occur. Hence my original comment.

Again, why is it unfortunate? Parents wishing their child has no abnormalities does not answer why it's unfortunate.

Actually it does answer your question.. You and zigbee can keep pretending like I did something wrong, even though I didn't.

Continue to double down are really posting nonsense.  Choice?  Ok, life would be full of people all the same.  Super intelligent, handsome, imperfect.  Won't happen in a world where we all at some point pass on.  Life would have no interest.  Life would cease to have meaning and the the extreme highs and lows would not exits.  You experience extreme pleasures of life due to the extreme hardships, etc.
AND you can't show where I said it's good.  It's life.
Perfection would be the end of life as mortals.
IF you can't understand how the world and life it here then you are just being obtuse.
