His death was caused by the moron cop that decided to tase him while he was riding his ATV, which caused him to crash into the back of a pickup truck.  Had the cop NOT done that, he would likely be alive.

Sworn courtroom testimony by both the prosecution and the defense agree.  No one disputes it other than you.  There is absolutely no question the ghetto rat was breaking the law in multiple ways.

So if the cop shot him, you would be the first to say why didn't they use a taser. So they used a taser he crashed and died. Again, his actions caused the end result. Cops are there to enforce the law, so make it legal to drive and ATV in the streets then.

I don't doubt that he was riding illegally on the street with his ATV but, again, innocent until proven guilty in the US.  Sorry.

The first trial of course resulted in a hung jury but to appease the blacks in Detroit they tried him again until they got the result they wanted.  Would love to see what the jury looked like.  What a disgusting place where the animals run the zoo.

Actually the rule is just in a court of law and pertaining to any action the government may take as a result. OJ is guilty. This kid is guilty. The trial of the officer is a farce. The kid killed himself. Overdose of stupid.

using either a gun or taser on a person riding at ATV is not an appropriate use of force.
