An LEO obviously can be dismissed from a job even if he or she is not guilty of a crime. Bad judgement, breaking department policy, whatever, might fall short of being a crime and yet lead to dismissal, or demotion, some NJP kind of thing.
I presume there are hundreds of thousands of LEOs in the country and most do the right thing, some make serious errors in judgment under stress, and a few are nasty vindictive types.
I don't really need to isolate on anecdotes to reach that general conclusion.

Funny how that whole presumption of innocence thing that you LOVE TO DECLARE for "victims" doesn't also apply to cops. Â LOL - you're such a hypocritical phony.
As I've said before, there are two issues: bad cops and the laws/justice system that allows them to be bad. It's a problem, despite being legal, that a cop can kill a person who's doing nothing more than running from the cop.

More dishonesty and trolling.

This assertion is obviously misleading and very typical of your posts, I don't understand why you do it, it's disingenuous and obvious at the same time.
Carry on with your demented tirade.

What exactly is misleading about what I said?

Don't fall for it. He knows exactly what is misleading and dishonest about it because some made the mistake of answering his questions already. More trolling.
"Hightop can reduce an entire message board of men to mudsharks. It's actually pretty funny to watch."
So, let's recreate the scenario that was discussed in the deleted thread....
Cops are called because a gray car was involved in a drive shooting. Cops pull over a gray car with 3 (maybe 4) kids. As the cops approach the car, two kids leave the car and run. Cop shoots and kills one of the kids while running.
What did the kid do that warranted being killed?

What a massive attempt at deflection. It's not working at all. You are such a hypocritical phony.

Bad cops deserve their day in court-like anyone else charged w/ a crime. But they need to be brought to court, and society, as a whole, needs to respect the jury's verdict-whether they agree with it or not-pro or anti cop.

No, it's not. The laws, in many cases ARE the problem. Being found not guilty because of a terrible law, IS part of the problem.
Hypothetical example:. A law is passed that says you can hit children with wood bats, but not aluminum bats, when they misbehave. The issue isn't whether or not a parent is found not guilty of hitting their kid with an aluminum bat - the problem is the law that allows parents to hit children with bats at all.

That example is pretty stupid. Why don't you list a current law you think is a bad law and we'll discuss it?

It was an example to make a point. The point was made. Sorry you don't "get it".

I "get" that you listed a stupid example very easily. Again, lets deal in reality and I'll ask AGAIN for a current law you think is dumb and we'll discuss it. Thanks.
