Uh no at the Capitol the only thing he was witnessed doing was telling people not to do things. And he did not go in. He shouldn't have even been prosecuted. He did far less than the "tourists". and he never worked for the FBI. Get a grip you Trumpers this stuff is seriously nuts. You are scaring off the moderate middle (it's not just Trump it's you people too)even more than the wokesters are and that's hard to do. This stuff is crazy you all sound like computerbuck. And I have no doubt he's with you all 100% on this lunacy.

This take is just…. WOW.  I don’t even know how to respond to this.  Apparently you haven’t seen much.  That’s the only explanation for this surreal take on the situation.  Epps is on camera riling people up.  He instigated a fence breach by whispering in a guy’s ear.  Looked exactly like someone that knew what they were doing.  He couldn’t be caught on tape saying that, etc….

Ray Epps was a former leader of the OK.  One of those leaders is rotting in jail.  Ray Epps got probation.  Do the math.

Your take is just…. Huh?????
The bolded. Wrong. The guy he whispered to, not knowing who Epps was, testified someone whispered to him relax the cops are doing their job . Independently before that Epps called FBI two days after Jan. 6 because he saw the video  and told them the same thing. It wasn't recorded. They didn't know each other.
He shouldn't have been prosecuted for what he did the day before or at the rally. He wasn't anybody. Just someone MAGAnuts get worked up about because they're nuts.

Justice must be equal in the eyes of the law. He deserves no less than what others did that was comparable to his actions. Why are you carrying water for the Prog Marxists?

James Wolfe was the Senate Intelligence Committee Security Director who leaked the top-secret Title-1 search warrant FISA application to journalist Ali Watkins on March 17, 2017. When Wolfe was busted by the FBI his lawyers threatened to introduce evidence in court that he was instructed to do so by SSCI Vice-Chairman Senator Mark Warner. The DOJ dropped the classified document leak charge, and instead charged him only with lying to investigators. Wolfe received probation.

In March, 2023, when I wrote the outline about Judge Boasberg being the corrupt DC judge who broke the constitutional restrictions on executive privilege, which technically forced Mike Pence to turn over his notes and testify to James Smith and the DC grand jury, I said at the time, “The entire judicial system is corrupt, soup to nuts, all of it.” I was not using hyperbole.

This is the same Judge Boasberg who sat as presiding judge on the FISA court.

The same Judge Boasberg who gave FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wri
st for manufacturing evidence used in the Carter Page FISA application that defrauded the court.
The same Judge Boasberg who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.

Today, Judge Boasberg gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation.

So the guy he whispered to that then breached the fencing immediately after Epps whispered to him.  That same guy?  That's some funky timing right there.  Oh, cool, the cops are coming?  Alright, now let's trespass!   Dodgy

My favorite scene with Epps is when he's begging for people to "GO INTO the Capitol!" and the crowd immediately trashes him as a fed.  "fed! fed! fed!..."   What a douche-nozzle.

I have no idea if Epps was part of some broad conspiracy or if he was just a grandpa with a new bullhorn he got for Christmas, but if I had to put down a dollar I would bet he was there to at least throw his fellow OKs under the bus.  By all appearances he's a POS snitch.  a.k.a. a CHS.

Bottom line is at least he got probation, which is better than nothing.  Too much light shining on that turd for the govt to just completely blow it off.  They had to do something since grandma got tossed in the can.

I don't know if 3rd is doing this on purpose to troll everyone or if he is just willfully ignorant as to what happened.  His TDS/never Trumper stance is probably the worst I've seen from a non-professional political person.  It's like Trump killed his family and he needs some kind of verbal/mental revenge.  No reason.  Just revenge.  I just chuckle at most of it.

Years back 3rd was rather astute.  I don't know what happened to him.  Old age?  I don't know.

Perhaps the judge is under blackmail and is owned by the FBI.  Or maybe he's just a far-left ideologue.

I asked HT this question, but I'm curious what others believe is the appropriate punishment for inciting peaceful trespassing?

Not actual trespassing, because he never crossed a police barricade or went into the Capitol, just inciting peaceful trespassing.

I can't vouch for who she is.  She claims to be attending the hearings of various J6 defendants.

And I’m not throwing off on you here.

It’s just concerning at times that anonymous people are given huge voices spouting things that no one verifies and are taken as truth. This is happening on all sides……and people, again not throwing stones at you, pick and choose and run with things that confirm their bias…..even if it may not be true. Or it may be.
